Wait! Don't change the Chann3l! Hidden Gem from the 604 turns some heads with his Melodic yet Gr

It's always refreshing when a new artist co mes along and makes good music that has depth as well as a universal appeal. Channels latest EP got submiitted via the Blog Submission Form on our home page.. When I came across this I was pleasantly surpsied. The sound design is tight, the melodies soulful, and the touch of grittiness from his dubstep past adds a nice splash to these tunes.

The First track "Frozen" is a bit more hybridized than "Shatter" , adding that little bit of spicy kick that i like to have served with my trap. As the profile played out,, I couldn't help but add the next song on his profile called "Sentinel" . This tune is also on the chill trap tip but I really love the more jagged dubstep influence interacting with the triippy and soulful vocal chops that go with the melodies. So i just kpt going with the playlist because its all really enjoyable. The last two in the playlist are liquid dubstep -- My faaave so I couldn't deny them the coverage. The only reason I didn't put more is because I really don't have time considering all the things I gotta do before the first tune of WET DREAMS VOLUME 2 Comes out!

We've got an exciting two weeks leading up to christmas and its not christmas I'm looking forward to, it's the 13 days of Wet Dreams before that.

So where did this guy come from? I don't know. So lets get to know a bit about Chann3l:

Chann3l is an electronic dance music artist from Vancouver, well Langley actually, but he lives in New West now so let's just say BC. He started producing after he fell in love with the in your face sounds of artists like Flux Pavilion and Noisia. He's produced in multiple different genres but lately has been producing a lot of Chill Trap/FutureBass style offerings. He has just finished a new two track EP titled, 'Frozen Shatter. It is available on SoundCloud now and will be for sale on iTunes ,
