Yes. It’s true. We’ve reached the ultimate goalpost; The highest level of organizational prowess; the coolest of the cool; Four years of WetCoastBeats! Yes, yes. Thank you for the applause. We’re so glad that you’re so glad! We’re glad too. In celebration of such a gladdening occasion we’re putting on a special soireé! A one night festival of auditory exploration, if you will. An evening of the most refined, high end, classi --- well, really, it’s a more of a glorified birthday party for adults. Hooray! In the zany, kooky twists and turns of the expansive Gallery @ 560, we’ve plotted a nefariously enjoyable diversion from what you call (in an oddly specific way) your ‘regular life here on the regular planet called regular Earth’. Cross the threshold into the vast expanse of space where you will find, not a vacuum but a dense, galactic, New York cheesecake of heavy-hitting funk and bass frequencies. The ground is shaking, your tum-tum flips and your eyes are blinded by the burst of electricity before you. THE MOTHERSHIP IS LANDING! No, your eyes do not deceive you. It truly IS the Keytar - wielding hero stepping stepping through the smoke; K+LAB!!!, accompanied by fellow rhythm-chasers, D-Funk and DJ Wood on either side. They have come to lead the brave charge into the land of having-the-best-time. And what is to be found in this new world? Dazzling lights and artistry? A giant twister mat? A pillow fort? We will be closing the night with a tribute set to our dear friend, the late Lewd Behaviour. He headlined our very first show four years ago and we will be honouring his memory.
